Packing a Square
Abstract: Given a square of area 2 and finitely many squares whose areas sum to 1, can the squares in the finite collection be superimposed on the square of area 2 without any overlap of their interiors? (Note: special cases don't solve the problem. Can the superposition always be accomplished under these general conditions?)
