TESTS
Tentative plans call for 5 fifty-minute tests and a comprehensive final exam. Tentative fifty-minute test dates are: January 24, February 11, February 28, March 25, and April 11. The final exam is scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 16:00-18:50 in HPA 125. You will also be required to pass two departmental "skills tests". Information on the skills tests is given on a separate hand-out.

GRADING POLICY
The lowest grade on the 5 fifty-minute tests will be dropped. Each 50 minute test will be worth 60 points and the final will be worth 120 points. Th standard 90, 80, and 70 percents along with passing grades on the skills tests will insure a grade no lower than A, B, and C respectively. N.C. grades will be given to those with averages between 50% and 70% who have attended class regularly. Those with averages between 50% and 70% who have not attended regularly and those with averages below 50% will receive and F.
