HOMEWORK
Homework will be assigned, but not collected. Many test problems will be based on the assigned homework and on problems and examples worked in class. It is highly recommended that you keep up with the assignments and attend class regularly.

TESTS
Four in-class tests and a required comprehensive final examination

GRADING POLICY
Your class grade will be based on four in-class tests and a required final examination. The four tests will count 75% and the final exam 25% of your final grade.No plus or minus grades will be awarded in this class.

OTHER INFORMATION
A scientific calculator is required; a graphing calculator is recommended. You may not use a calculator that can perform symbolic manipulations (e.g. TI-89, TI-92) on any test or examination
