GRADING POLICY
Grade: Your best three out of four Exams 60%, Final Exam 25%, Section Evaluates 15%, Participation (based on hours online) 2% Bonus. The course is graded A, B, C, NC or F. Instructor is not obligated to give a NC. Instructor may grant an NC or no credit grade if you are spending adequate time online and take all exams and the final exam and have a final course average of at least 50%

NC POLICY
If you attend 80% or more of the lectures, take all tests, and have a final average of at least 50% then No Credit (NC grade) will be awarded in place of an F.

TENTATIVE LIST OF TOPICS
Description: The course introduces the students to important concepts and techniques required for further study in Mathematics. These include methods for solving equations; functions and their properties; elementary functions including exponential, logarithmic polynomials and rational; matrices.
