ATTENDANCE POLICY Attendence will be checked. You will earn 3% extra credit if you have no more than 6 unexcused absences.Excused absences must be approved no later than 7 days after the absence.

HOMEWORK After each lesson is discussed, the exercizes listed in the handout are assigned.This work will not be graded.

TESTS There will be 4 regular tests(100 points each) and a final exam (200 points). Together the 5 tests comprise 85% of the final grade. The final exam is mandatory for all students. No exceptions are permitted for early travel, etc. A quiz will be given each day and will comprise 15% of your final grade.

NC POLICY If you attend 80% or more of the lectures, take all of the tests, and have a final average of at least 50% then "No Credit" (NC grade) will be awarded in place of an F.
