ATTENDANCE POLICY
Attendance will be checked at each class meeting. Three (3) extra credit points will be added to your final course average if you have no more than six (6) unexcused absences.

HOMEWORK
Suggested homework exercises are listed on the departimaental trogonometry syllabus. They will not be graded; however, students are encouraged to do as many as possible.

You will also be assigned CAPA homework, which must be done on the internet and will be graded for credit.

TESTS
Four tests and a comprehensive final exam.

GRADING POLICY
Four tests: 60 %
Quizzes: 10%
CAPA Homework : 10%
Final Exam: 20%

GRADING SCALE

AverageGrade
90 - 100% A
80 - 89% B
70 - 79% C
0 - 69% F

NC POLICY
If you attend 80% or more of the lectures, take all tests, and have a final average of at least 50% then No Credit (NC grade) will be awarded in place of an F.
