TESTS
There will be five one-hour exams during the semester. The first will cover chapters 1 and 2 from the text, the remainng four will be chapter thests for chapters 3 through 6. If time permits we may cover material from chapter 7, but this material will only appear on the comprehensive final. the dates for each test will be announced in class. The final exam will be given according to the University exam schedule. Bring your calculator and your student I.D. to all exams.

GRADING POLICY
The best 4 out of 5 regular tests and the comprehensive final will be averaged to obtain the finjal course average. The course is graded A, B, C, NC of F. INstructor is not obligated to give an NC.

90 - 100% A
80 - 89% B
70 - 79% C
0 - 69% F

NC POLICY
If you attend 80% or more of the lectures, take all tests, and have a final average of at least 50% then No Credit (NC grade) will be awarded in place of an F.
