ATTENDANCE POLICY
Attendance will be checked randomly. At the discretion of the instructor, regular attendance will be taken into account when assigning grade in borderline cases. Make-up tests will be given at the discretion of the instructor and only if there is a valid serious reason documentable by the student.

HOMEWORK
Homework problems will be assigned as soon as we finish each section in the textbook. It is expected that you work on the problems at home, and all the questions you will have will be answered during question and answer (Q&A) sessions. Homework assignments will not be graded. However, similar problems will be used for the tests and final exam.

TESTS
Test 1 - Monday, Jan 28; Test 2 - Monday, Feb 18; Test 3 - Wednesday, Mar 20; Test 4 - Friday, Apr 12; Final - Monday, Apr 29 (10:00-12:50); You are allowed to use a one page formula sheet on the tests and final exam.

GRADING POLICY
You can earn 600 points: tests - 100 pts each, final exam - 200 pts.
