TESTS
There will be two tests and final examination. TEST 1 - TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11;TEST 2 - THURSDAY, MARCH 13; FINAL - on period of APRIL 22-28.

Grades for the course will be based on two tests, a final examination and homework assignments.

TENTATIVE LIST OF TOPICS
Complex valued functions; analytic, harmonic functions. Complex integrals; Chaushy theorem and integral formula, Morera's theorem, Liouville's theorem, Fundamentaltheorem of algebra and the argument principle. Sequences and series of functions of a complex variable, uniform convergence.Laurent series, classification of singularities. Maximum and minimum modulus theorems and their applications. Residue theory. Analytic continuation. Conformal mapping.
