HOMEWORK
Students are expected to try all assigned homework problems. Test and final questions are designed to check understanding of this material. Time will be alloted for class discussion of homework and further discussion is encoraged during office hours.

TESTS
There will be three tests and final examination. In addition, you will be required to take two proctored calculus skills tests, which will be administered outside the regular classroom. TEST 1 - THURSDAY, JANUARY 30; TEST 2 - THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20; TEST 3 - THURSDAY, MARCH 27; FINAL - on period of APRIL 22-28.

GRADING POLICY
Average of 3 in-class tests, 60%; skills tests 15%; final examination 25%.

GRADING SCALE

90 - 100% A
80 - 86% B
70 - 76% C
0 - 69% F

NC POLICY
If you attend 80% or more of the lectures, take all tests, and have a final average of at least 50% then No Credit (NC grade) will be awarded in place of an F. Attendance will be taken every day.

Withdrawal Deadline - February 28.
