Please follow the following procedure to submit the title and abstract of your talk by February 27, 2008:
Send the title and abstract of your talk to Professor Jiongmin Yong if
you are an principal speaker.
Send the title and abstract of your talk to the organizers of your special session if you are invited by
the organizers of a special session .
Send the title and abstract of your talk to the local organizers
of this conference for all other participants.

in the abstract and title of your talk on the web,
please drop an email to
the local organizers.

February 28, 2008 might not be on the brochure.
