Registration & Payment
Please fill out
the registration form
and email it with an email subject title REGISTRATION to
the local organizers by February 27, 2008.
All participants are required to register in advance. The registration fees are US$50 for faculty, and US$30 for students/unemployed,
payable by cash and check, NO Credit Card. The registration fees can be paid in advance or on site.
If you pay the registration fee in advance,
pay your check or money order to Department of Mathematics, University of Central Florida.
Mail your check or money order with the registration form
to Linda Perez, Department of Mathematics, University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL 32816, USA.
You can also pay the registration fee on site by cash, check or money order.
